Girly Scurry: Workout

They call this a split rail fence but really it’s an original mouse jungle gym. There are so many spaces for me to scurry through and hide. I guess there are so many around Yorktown because they were easy for early settlers to make and there were lots of early mice that needed places to play.

Girly Scurry: Rock and Roll?

My suitcase adventure taught me to appreciate new smells and the smell of this fresh ocean air is amazing but the birds around here can be a bit loud and I get scared as they get close. As I scurried out here on this rock, it rolled a little and I thought I was going over the edge into the water below. I never really understood what the term “rock and roll” meant till now.

Girly Scurry: Lots of water

It’s a nice evening and as I look out toward the water I see what looks like the edge of the world. I have heard that there was a time people thought the world was flat and seeing this I can certainly understand why.

Girly Scurry: Yorktown Adventure

On this adventure I went back to see some of the sights of my early ancestors. It was here at Yorktown, Virginia where ships full of supplies (and mice) used to come in the early days of America. I do not understand the markings on this sign but I sure do enjoy the view from up here.

Bucky Scurry: Hiding in plain site

So, I'm trying to figure out how I can catch some sleep and hide, and I think I've figured out how to do it.  What do you think?  Have I succeeded in camoflauge?

Bucky Scurry: Wishing I could learn to drive

I wish I were older; I really want to learn how to drive a car.  My buddy Andy is learning how to drive a car; it's cool.  Maybe some day, I'll get to be behind the wheel rather than on the dashboard.
